	Q1. What are the growth prospects for me?
The Company is currently in expansion mode and is planning to expand in all divisions. We do see a lot many challenging opportunities coming up within organization.
	Q2. What is the appraisal Cycle?
We have an annual appraisal system, April (every year). All those who have shown commitment, hard work, continuous target achievement, promise/attitude to deliver becomes part of it.
	Q3. How do I check the status of my application?

	Q4. What are the working hours in the organization?
Standard working hours are 9:00 am to 6.30 pm. But your working hours can change as per business need. For example - working hours can be 08:30 am to 6 :00 pm or 10:00 am to 07:30 pm.
